No returns or exchanges are available on school custom clothing. All Sales are Final.
Any order changes must be requested before your store close date or before your countdown clock reaches 0:00:00:00. You can contact us via email info@beaconsportinggoods.co or phone (617) 479-8537 to submit order changes.
If you find your Spirit Wear is defective you can contact us info@beaconsportinggoods.co for exchange authorization.
All returns of defective merchandise must be in new unused/unworn condition with tags attached. You will receive a simple exchange for the same product size, color, design that had been previously purchased. The buyer is responsible for returning the product to us and we will ship the replacement back to the customer free of charge. Or you can drop the item(s) off to us at our Quincy retail store location for replacement and pickup the new item when it is ready.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping will only be refunded in instances where the return is a result of our error (ie. we sent you the wrong item(s)).
Custom clothing orders that choose free in-store pickup upon checkout and do not pickup their school custom clothing order do not qualify for a refund.
Returns that do not meet the terms and conditions above and are not authorized; will not be returned to the customer and are ineligible for any type of exchange. No Exceptions.
